4/24/2025 - 1991 Shows, Setlist added to DB
By rigorously applying a strict regimen of apathy and inattention, brownbase has solved the long-standing mystery of the White Horse setlist that surfaced a few years ago inside a used copy of GWS found in an Irish record shop! The date was January 12th 1991, when Ween played the historic White Horse Tavern in London. Thanks be to Boognish!
Though they lack setlists, two more shows from 1991 have been added as well - January 18th at Cafe Mokka in Switzerland, and November 3rd at Democrazy in Belgium.
All of the above was made possible by brownbase users taking the time and effort to notice things and tell me about them. I owe a big thank you to everyone that has done so over the years - brownbase is more complete because of you. Cheers!

Internet Archive Appears Mostly Recovered

For the first time since the hack, the Live Music Archive is loading audio files for streaming today. The video player appears functional as well. Hopefully that means it's back for good. Official updates can be found here. Brownbase sincerely hopes that archive.org will be able to continue it's good work in perpetuity, but this has been a harsh reminder that we cannot take the preservation of music for granted...
