Old Site News

5/17/2024 - Old Show Added to DB (sorry no setlist)

WEEN opened for Babes in Toyland at The Cabooze in Minneapolis on March 2nd, 1991. That's about all brownbase knows right now. A review of the 3/4 show at 7th Street Entry corroborates the Cabooze show, but sheds no light on the setlist. Alas.

9/8/2023 - Rare Vintage Setlist Exhumed!

The setlist for August 13th, 1988 at City Gardens has been dug up, dunked in soapy water, carefully scrubbed with a toothbrush, pieced together with bits of wire, and hung from the ceiling in the museum that is brownbase. To contemplate such a striking exhibit is to imagine, nay, conclude that WEEN enthralled and aroused their reluctant audience with this medley of chart-topping hits, many of which were dropped from the live repertoire shortly thereafter. New songs to the database include "Duke of Denim" from The Crucial Squeegie Lip, and the anthemic dada masterpiece "Deluxe Morphine Condominium". Praise you, Baby Boognish, for this rare gem!

8/17/2023 - WEEN show, setlist, recording added to database!

thirty three years ago, WEEN performed twenty two songs in front of an unknown number of confused Belgians. Thanks to a primitive recording uploaded to a dusty and long-overlooked corner of archive.org, we can now relive those Belgians' confusion forevermore, albeit in pretty abysmal sound quality. Enjoy! (I am)

BELGIUM UPDATE: a setlist for 12/10/2003 in Ghent has surfaced! Brownbase is beginning to smell like waffles!

11/18/2022 - The Live Weed Whore Tape added to DB!

Setlist, date confirmed. Ten songs broadcast on WTSR Trenton, three of which are Weed Whore. Also includes the first (known) performances of The Wind and Tastes Good on th' Bun, and the only (known) performance of Green is the Colour by Pink Floyd. Neato!

10/18/2022 - Australia Tour 1993: previously unlisted show, 2 setlists (and recordings!) added to brownbase!

A very brown soul from down under recently contacted brownbase, resulting in the addition of Canberra 10/7/1993 to the database, and (probably) complete setlists for two Sydney shows, 10/12/1993 at the Dee Why Hotel and 10/13/1993 at Macquarie University! Audio of both shows has been uploaded to archive.org (links at bottom of setlist pages). Glory be to Boognish!

4/18/2022 - Correction: New (incredibly old) Song Added!

The WTSR Studios broadcast from 1/8/1992 includes a song previously labeled here as "Improvisation" (and elsewhere, inexplicably, as "Like a Virgin") - an observant brownbase contributor has pointed out that this is in fact the rockin' Ween original "Pumpin' on the Dance Floor". This has been corrected, and retroactively brings Ween's live song count to an even 300! I, for one, cannot think of a more ridiculous and appropriate manner in which to reach this momentous milestone. Praise Boognish!

4/18/2021 - Setlist Added: WEEN at Summer Sounds Festival 7/14/1991

just 96 unknown setlists to go...

4/9/2021 - Browntracker Recordings removed from DB

the most painful database update brownbase has ever had to make...

2/4/2021 - Corrections, Additions!

Based on flimsy evidence, brownbase previously listed a WEEN show at the Court Tavern on 6/22/1987 - this show never happened, and has been removed. There was, however, a show there on 6/16/1990, which has been added, although without setlist.

Moving on to another Court Tavern show... The setlist for 12/6/1990 has been revealed! Several songs were debuted, including the first of two known performances of Witch's Tit! And brownbase could not be happier to have a second Tit in the database.

12/5/2020 - Live Brain Wedgie show date corrected

New information indicates that May 2nd, 1988 is likely the correct date of the Live Brain Wedgie performance. It was previously listed as August 13th, 1988... it is not entirely certain that there was even a show on that date, but it will remain in the database until proven nonexistent.

9/26/2020 - Three Old-ass Radio Show Setlists Unearthed!

Brownbase is pleased to announce that the database now has more stuff in it! The following shows have been newly added, for your setlist-perusing pleasure...

9/24/2020 - Retraction: 4/18/1990 Venue uncertain, but probably not Melkweg...

Regarding the previous Site Update, brownbase may have jumped the gun. After listening and comparing, it is probably more likely that the WEEN set on 4/18/1990 was at VPRO Radio, Hilversum, as originally listed, and not at Melkweg, Amsterdam. The setlist page has been updated accordingly, and the recording on archive.org has been replaced, and is still awesome. Brownbase would like to apologize in Dutch, but has not yet located a suitable translator.

9/22/2020 - Setlist Completed, Venue Corrected: 4/18/1990 at Melkweg, Amsterdam

A radio interview and seven songs of this set have circulated for some time, but a new recording has surfaced with a 13 song set, and what is believed to be the correct venue. This had previously been thought to be in studio at VPRO Radio, but it is more likely that this was a backstage interview and set at Melkweg, and that the existing recording was the portion that was broadcast. That is the theory that brownbase is going with, at least. Setlist and venue updated accordingly.

9/17/2020 - Setlist Completed: 5/6/1992 at The Shark Club, Las Vegas, NV

A video of WEEN's full set (and some other stuff) has magically appeared online, just 28 years after it was recorded! The video source is the same as the partial version with soundboard audio, but this one is complete minus a few short cuts. The setlist has responded to this news by expanding significantly. Happy viewing on the youtubes!

9/11/2020 - Correction: Court Tavern '93 show date updated

Evidence has been discovered that places this WEEN show at Court Tavern on Friday, September 24th, 1993, as opposed to Wednesday, 9/29, as previously listed. Brownbase strongly believes that this might in fact be probably correct now.

9/2/2020 - New Recording, Setlist Added!

This fantastic sounding SBD of the WEEN show on 2/12/1993 appeared on archive.org this morning. Thanks to ProDigital for the upload, and to Teddy Ballgame for taping!

7/13/2020 - Setlist Added: Moistboyz 5/3/2014 at John & Peter's

An excellent video of this show has surfaced on the youtubes, thereby revealing the setlist. This is the most unusual Moistboyz show brownbase has ever heard, and is well worth the listen!

5/17/2020 - 29 Year-old Recording Surfaces, Show Added to Database!

A previously uncirculated soundboard recording of a previously unlisted Ween show has appeared on archive.org. The recording is labeled March 10th, 1991 at TT the Bear's Place, Cambridge, MA - this is likely not the correct date, but brownbase is thankful to have this in the database nonetheless. This is a great early performance from Gene and Dean, including the 7th known live rendition of Gladiola Heartbreaker. Listen on archive, setlist on brownbase.

4/26/2020 - Correction? 7/25/1997 at Bricktown Live, Oklahoma City, OK

A reliable source has verified the very end of this setlist, which consists of 5 songs and a tease, starting with Captain Fantasy. That much is correct. The rest of the setlist is unconfirmed, and may not resemble what actually happened. It is likely that fewer songs were performed than are listed. Also, the Paradise City at this show has been downgraded to a tease, which it will remain until proven otherwise. If you have any information whatsoever about what happened 23 years ago at Bricktown Live, please send brownbase an email.

Also, the lineup for the two warm-up country shows at Tramps on 7/19/1996 was different than that of the subsequent tour - Claude Coleman Jr was not present, nor was Hank Singer. As far as can be derived from this shitty recording, both shows featured Robin Jacobs on fiddle and Jon Gardner on drums, but the audio is not good enough to be sure... the band introductions are during Dick Smoker, if you want to hear for yourself.

4/22/2020 - Correction: 3/29/2001 at Tralfamadore Cafe, Buffalo, NY

A newly circulated recording has made it abundantly clear that brownbase made some mistakes. (The already circulating recording should have been sufficient to raise doubts.) Buckingham, Reggaejunkiejew and Drifter had been inexplicably stuck in the middle of this setlist - they have now been moved to either end, where they should be. Tender Situation was missing altogether, which is a travesty, so it has been added, just there, in the spot where it goes. Now brownbase is left to ponder why this setlist was out of whack in the first place... Whatever the reason, this shit here is correct now.

4/16/2020 - Oddball Update: October 30th, 1993 setlist corrected

It seems that the recently discovered setlist for 10/30/1993 at John & Peter's was profoundly out of whack... Specifically, the first half was last and the last half first. This has been corrected. Also, instead of playing You Fucked Up once at this show, Ween played it three times. Because of course they did.

4/11/2020 - Three Oddball Setlists Added...

These are special shows, each in their own way...

  • - 12/1/1992 at The Howlin' Wolf, New Orleans, LA - brownbase doesn't know much about this show. The short setlist may be incomplete, or this may have been a multi-band event. Boognish only knows.
  • - 10/30/1993 at John and Peter's, New Hope, PA - at the last show of '93, Ween does what they often do at their home town venue: try out new songs! Six Seven were debuted at this show, including a Chris Harford cover that has only been played (by Ween) this one time.
  • - 10/30/1999 at State Field House, Plattsburgh, NY - the setlist for Ween's infamous gig opening for Busta Rhymes has finally surfaced! Brownbase had always wondered what was played to this less-than-appreciative crowd - turns out it took the audience 13 songs to earn You Fucked Up...

4/10/2020 - Bugs Fixed

Code on setlist pages that calculates Misc Stats was erroneously counting teases, incompletes and the like before averaging Shows Since Last and Shows Until Next, which resulted in those numbers being much too low. This has been fixed.

And there was a similar bug in the code that calculates Songs by Album and Songs Debuted that would not count a song that was both played and teased at the same show. This has also been fixed. Brownbase deeply regrets this lamentable oversight, but is not in a position to reimburse resulting therapy expenditures.

4/10/2020 - Encore breaks added, setlist updated

No songs were missing, but many of the recently added setlists from 1995 - 1998 did not have encores labeled - this has been corrected for a majority of those shows. Of the shows that still lack encores, it was not possible in some cases to determine where the encore break occurred. And a few setlists are suspected to still be incomplete, and are now labeled "may be incomplete" (as this is uncertain, these shows will not appear on the partials list). And a few shows just didn't get an encore. So if a show didn't have an encore yesterday, and it does today... a wizard did it.

Also, the setlist for 9/8/1997 at Brighton Bar, Long Branch, NJ has been updated - Buenas Tardes through LMLYP have been added. Brownbase is still trying to figure out the identity of the guest guitarist on Tear For Eddie.

4/3/2020 - Show Added to Database: WEEN at Whisky A Go Go, Los Angeles, CA, February 11, 1993

brownbase was recently made aware that this show existed by the date on this "review", published by Variety for some reason. Thanks for the date, Variety. You can keep your shitty review.

The show date has been confirmed by someone trying to sell an old ticket stub on Ebay.

3/30/2020 - New Zealand, Australia 1997 Setlists Added!

The last six missing setlists of 1997 have been found! Other than two remaining partial setlists, '97 is complete! The following are new to the database:

3/30/2020 - Setlist Added: WEEN 6/28/1997 at Fiddler's Green Amphitheatre, Denver, CO

The long-standing, head-scratching mystery of what exactly the fuck Ween was doing playing an 18,000 seat amphitheatre in 1997 has been solved! Turns out it was a one-day festival sponsored by KTCL-FM. Ween shared the bill with such visionary artists as Coolio, Nerfherder, and Gestapo Pussy Ranch. Violent Femmes and Cracker were there too! And a good time was had by all.

3/29/2020 - Miscellaneous 1997 Setlists Added

Australia and New Zealand setlists coming tomorrow...

3/28/2020 - Setlists Added, Completed, Rearranged, all that.

Several missing setlists have been added to the database, including three from 1998, bringing the number of unknown setlists for that year down to zero! And some other stuff got updated too...

3/28/2020 - And More Corrections!

  • - Just yesterday, I was excited to announce that the encore had been added to the Tokyo 1997 setlist. Turns out, there were two encores!
  • - The setlist for 5/7/1998 at Graffiti, Pittsburgh, PA was nearly complete, but the song order had gone through a blender. The setlist is in the right order now, and (what appears to be the WEEN debut of) Stella Blue has been added!
  • - 9/28/1997 at El Rey Theatre, Los Angeles, CA was recorded, and can be heard on archive.org.... Usually, this results in an accurate setlist. But on closer listen, it seems that the recording was burned to CD at some point, with the files for disc 2 sorted in reverse order! All songs are present on the setlist, and now they're ordered correctly. Time!

3/27/2020 - Another Boatload of Corrections...

Expect many more updates in the near future...

3/23/2020 - Minor Setlist Adjustments

The setlist for 10/12/2004 at McDonald Theatre, Eugene, OR was previously drawn from the band's on-stage setlist - shockingly, it was not fully accurate. The setlist has been updated to reflect what was actually played - Pumpin' 4 the Man, El Camino, Stay Forever, War Pigs, Buenas Tardes, and a Doobie Brothers tease have been added. Tragically, the Eugene crowd was denied Fat Lenny.

Also, LMLYP has been added to the 4/20/1995 Melbourne setlist.

3/22/2020 - Every WEEN Show From 1996 Now Has a Setlist!

brownbase has just received the remainder of the missing setlists from Ween's Spring Tour opening for Foo Fighters! Although it is not certain that every 1996 setlist is 100% complete and correct, every show from that year is now, at the least, mostly complete and correct. That makes '96 the only year prior to 2002 with all setlists accounted for... The following have been updated:

3/21/2020 - More Corrections & Additions

3/19/2020 - Europe 1997 Setlists Added... all of them!

brownbase is overjoyed to announce that every show of Ween's 1997 tour of Europe now has a setlist! A week ago, of twenty shows played, three had a complete setlist and three more were incomplete or just plain wrong. Even the widely circulated Palais Extra show was missing the final song... All are now correct, and 14 more have been added. Glory be to Boognish!

3/16/2020 - New (Old) Setlists Added!

Recently unearthed from memories of the previous millennium...

3/16/2020 - Corrections, Setlist Additions

1/30/2020 - Correction: 8/27/2000 at Lowlands Festival, Biddinghuizen, Netherlands

A complete soundboard recording of this show has been uploaded to Browntracker, revealing that the first three songs were missing from the setlist. This has been corrected.

12/24/2019 - New Show, Setlist Added: 4/26/1993 at The Underworld, London, England

brownbase has received an early Crimbo gift in the form of a previously unlisted show from across the pond... Nothing mind-shattering here, but one less gap in the database is something worth celebrating!

12/19/2019 - Correction: 9/26/1994 at Chapter 1 Books, New Brunswick, NJ

Compelling evidence has arisen to indicate that the show at Chapter One Books in New Brunswick, which was previously thought to have happened on August 31st, 1994, did in fact occur on September 26th, 1994. No songs were debuted at this show. Demarest Dorm, enjoy your thunder.

11/10/2019 - Drum solos are not cover songs...

Fixed some wonky code on the Songs page that was counting Drums and Improvisation as cover songs. They are no longer included in the lists of Covers or Unreleased Originals. WEEN has not yet performed a cover song in 2019 - brownbase deeply regrets any distress this error may have caused.

9/25/2019 - Correction: 9/25/1997 La Luna, Portland, OR

This setlist was previously missing a big chunk out of the middle of the show - Piss Up a Rope through Finger added. Also, confirmed Ladies' Night by Kool and the Gang, but lamentably it was only a tease. Props to whoever made the recording on youtube (after Buckingham, sound quality improves drastically)... thanks, whoever!

8/12/2019 - Correction: 6/30/2000 Glass House, Pomona, CA

after reviewing the video, it has become clear that Jammy Pac was the first song of the encore, not the show opener. Brownbase regrets any distress this may have caused.

3/9/2019 - Two More 1993 Setlists Added!

Kirk Miller continues posting images of old cassette labels online, and brownbase continues smiling! Today we got setlists for 2/10/1993 at the Anaconda Theatre, Santa Barbara, CA, and 4/15/1993 at The Point, Atlanta, GA! Thank you Kirk!

3/4/2019 - New Setlists Found!

A half dozen previously unknown setlists have been revealed through the medium of old cassette labels! Kirk Miller has been kind enough to share pictures of some old Ween tapes on facebook, including five shows from 1993, and a 1991 show at Court Tavern that brownbase was not even aware of. A big thank you is due to Mr. Miller, as well as all the kind folks that inform me of what's happening on social media platforms that brownbase does not participate in. Just another 186 missing setlists to go...

12/8/2018 - Setlist Added: 12/8/1992 at Kings Head Inn, Norfolk, VA

Sometimes someone that knows something tells someone that doesn't know that thing, and then that someone puts that thing on the internet. This is one of those things. That which, for 26 years, was wholly unknown by most can now be mostly known by lots for decades to come, at least until the internet overheats and/or rises up to kill us.

Anyhoo, enjoy this setlist from 1992.

12/1/2018 - Setlist Added: 11/2/1994 at the Ogden Theatre, Denver, CO

Another setlist from fall tour 1994 has surfaced. Ween's very first visit to Colorado, and the first of seven appearances at the Ogden Theatre features some real rarities, in between early versions of some of their best known songs. Thanks to Chris B for the setlist!

11/18/2018 - Setlist Update: 10/2/2005 at Higher Ground, Burlington, VT

Notes have been added, and the acoustic set at this show has been recognized by applying tiny asterisks. Thanks to this youtube video, the first acoustic version of Exactly Where I'm At has been entered into the database, and it's an interesting version... updated setlist here

11/7/2018 - New Features: Miscellaneous Statistics Expanded, Song List Dissected

New ways to look a data added to brownbase! The MiscStats page is no longer limited to "Top 11" whatever. Those sections that were previously limited to 11 now have a link at the bottom of the list to view all relevant records. This includes Openers, Closers, Encore Songs, Acoustic Songs, Song Count, Encore Song Count, and Cities.

In addition to the full list of songs and songs by year, you can now view lists of all WEEN originals, unreleased WEEN originals, and songs covered by WEEN. You can find links to these at the top of the Songs page, and on setlist pages where "unreleased originals" and "covers" are listed in the Songs by Album section. The new pages only work if your band selector is set to "WEEN".

Enjoy, and let me know when you manage to break the new pages doing stuff I didn't expect!

10/28/2018 - Setlist Added: Dean Ween Group 7/8/2018, Rialto Theater, Bozeman, MT

This was the lone missing setlist from DWG's July tour - who knew I would find it on the John & Peter's Invitational Facebook page? The rest of the tour has been confirmed as well. Thanks to Bill Fowler for keeping track of those setlists!

10/27/2018 - Setlist Update: 10/27/1994 at Peabody's, Cleveland, OH

The full setlist of another show from the Claude and Andrew era has finally been unearthed, and quite a list it is! The five songs we already knew about have been joined by twenty more, plus various teases, partial songs, references and general nonsense. An epic set of classics and a monster sloppy encore, or, just another WEEN show from 1994... Updated setlist here!

10/24/2018 - Show Added: Basel, Switzerland 1990

I have finally, and reluctantly, added the Basel Switzerland show to the database. Not reluctant because I don't think it's an amazing show, recording and setlist - it is - but because brownbase absolutely despises unknown dates. There are very few of them in the database, and I wish there were none. In this case, the show has been assigned the made up date of December 30th, 1990. This is not the right date. In fact, the song selection and super-tight performances of songs that, if 1990 is correct, are being played for the first time leads brownbase to believe that this is quite a few months later than December 1990. I just can't prove it yet. Send me an email if you can. Email me too if you know the venue name. Or if you just want to talk.

Anyhoo, Gene and Dean are in rare form for this show, the recording is pristine, the shit rocks, enjoy! Setlist here

10/22/2018 - Setlist Added: 10/22/1994 at Club Babyhead, Providence, RI

Another unverified but plausible setlist from 24 years ago has been shared with brownbase! WEEN played twice at Club Babyhead in the early 90's, and finally what occurred at that brownly-named venue is only half a mystery. Find the 1994 setlist here

10/13/2018 - Corrections: 7/25/1999 at The Warehouse, Toronto, Ontario

You Fucked Up closed the set, and has been added to the setlist. The previously unspecified encore begins with Piss Up a Rope, and continues into madness... notes have been added. youtube audio of dubious quality excites the mind...

10/12/2018 - Corrections: 7/26/1999 at the Agora Theatre, Cleveland, OH

Breaking news: this video that was recently uploaded 4 years and 9 months ago has revealed that two songs previously identified as "improvisation" are, in fact, actual songs with names and stuff. The improvisation preceding and leading into LMLYP is the second of six known appearances of North Pappy Flappy,. The improvisation that leads off the encore is Ween's attempt at covering Biggie Smalls. Thanks to J. Heathen for filming and Ezy Weasel for uploading. Updated setlist here.

10/9/2018 - Setlist Added: 10/9/1994 at McCabe's Guitar Shop, Santa Monica, CA

brownbase is overjoyed by the addition of this long, weird acoustic setlist to the database, 24 years late...

10/3/2018 - Partial Setlist Added: 1/27/1995 at Nyabinghi Dance Hall, Morgantown, WV

Memories of a "45 minute Poopship" plus the encore of this show have been shared with brownbase, along with additional details unrelated to the setlist... If you were one of the 124 other people at this show, what do you remember? brownbase wants to know!

9/10/2018 - Corrections: 7/30/1999 Royal Grove, Lincoln, Nebraska

brownbase has just recently discovered this audio recording of the Royal Grove show on 7/30/1999, a mere two and a half years after being uploaded to youtube... The sound quality isn't great, but this show is amazing!

Minor corrections have been made. Significantly, the previously unknown song played out of Take Me Away has been positively identified as that stupid Frampton tune, and was only teased, thankfully. Dazed and Confused has also been demoted to a tease, and a reprise of Bananas and Blow has been added. Updated setlist here.

9/9/2018 - Corrections: 12/30/2011 Fillmore Auditorium, Denver, CO

Most corrections are regarding who was playing acoustic guitar on what song for how much of it. Notes have been appended, and a well-earned Improvisation has been spliced into Never Squeal.

The previous night's setlist has been edited to include Pumpin' reprise

8/31/2018 - Setlist Added: 8/31/1994 at Chapter 1 Books, New Brunswick, NJ

Twenty-four years late to the day, another setlist from the Claude and Andrew Weiss era has surfaced! An interesting show on paper, with lots of songs new to Ween's repertoire. Five songs were played for the first time, stealing some thunder from the next day's show at Demarest Hall. Setlist and Stats here.

8/28/2018 - Corrections: 8/28/1999 Electric Factory, Philadelphia, PA

Brownbase has finally listened to the recording of this show, which has revealed some discrepancies. Previously, Buckingham Green was listed as the opener, and as being played a second time several songs in. It was only played once - Take Me Away opened the show. Some notes have been added, including correcting the name of the guest guitarist (and Ween roadie) on Hot For Teacher - Aaron introduces him as "Jay Sanchez", not "Jay Fernandez". Thank you to the folks at Ween Cast for highlighting some of these details in their most recent podcast. You can find the updated setlist here.

8/27/2018 - Partial Setlist Added: 1/28/1995 at Newport Music Hall, Columbus, OH

Buenas Tardes has been confirmed as the opener by an attendee of the show. The other four songs are from the "Rotten Cheese" tour sampler, compiled by Kirk Miller. If you were at this show and have any fragments of setlist still floating around in your skull, please extract them from your spongy brain and email them to brownbase.

8/21/2018 - Three More Vintage Setlists Added!

Thanks to the magic of email and writing things down 25 years ago, three previously-unknown setlists from April 1993 have been added to the database!

8/20/2018 - Registration Bug Fixed

There was a broken login link on the registration confirmation page, resulting in a "page not found" error. Brownbase apologizes to users that clicked this link and became profoundly confused. The erroneous link has been removed, and users may continue to login by clicking "LOGIN" in the top left corner of your screen. To those of you that have registered in the past but never logged in, please don't hesitate to try again. If you need assistance with registering or logging in, or notice any additional glitches in the system, please contact brownbase.

8/20/2018 - Setlist Added: 12/2/1992 at Vincent Van Go-Go, Mobile, Alabama

We now have a setlist for Ween's 1992 performance at the southeast's premier stupidly-named music venue, now defunct. To learn more about this esteemed venue, read this blog post recounting one anonymous musician's experience there: Everything You Create is Cancer and Madness - November 3rd, 2007

8/12/2018 - Japan 1997 Setlist Surfaces!

WEEN has played a total of three shows in Japan. Thanks to an anonymous email, brownbase now has a full setlist for one of them! Bludgeon your eye on the mighty list of songs played at Club Quattro in Tokyo, Japan, October 14th 1997!

7/29/2018 - Setlist Update: Freeman at Lovin' Cup Bistro, Rochester, NY 2014

Where previously only a few songs were known, the setlist for the Freeman show at Lovin' Cup in 2014 is now complete, thanks to an email from one of the administrators at toasterland.com. If you're a Primus fan, check out toasterland - it's brownbase for Les Claypool.

7/16/2018 - 12 Golden Country Greats Tour Setlists Complete!

WEEN released their country album 22 years ago today, and it's taken that long to track down setlists for the subsequent tour. As of today, every show with Bobby Ogdin and the Shit Creek Boys has a setlist in the database! While most of the 23 shows from the 1996 tour had a known setlist long ago, several were missing until recently, including 10/14 in Seattle, 10/16 in Salt Lake City, 10/19 in Lawrence, 10/21 in Chicago, and 10/27 at the Trocadero in Philadelphia.

6/17/2018 - Setlist Added: 11/12/1994 at Slim's, San Francisco, CA

It is an honor and a privilege for brownbase to document only the sixth known WEEN setlist to contain the words 'Purple Rain'. Here's hoping for a seventh before the year is done...

4/20/2018 - Setlist Added: 5/8/1993 at Hairy Mary's, Des Moines, Iowa

The vast empty space of nothing that was this show's setlist has now been filled with... songs from this show's setlist! Enjoy!

4/20/2018 - Todd & Bart's BBQ 1994 Setlist Correction

The setlist for the show on 5/7/1994 in Morrisville, PA has be rearranged and amended. The opening song was Finger, instead of If You Love Me as previously listed. If You Love Me was played after Freedom, and followed by You Fucked Up and Take Me Away, which were missing from the original setlist. Brownbase is still not sure that this is the complete show, but, and this is the point, it's better than it was.
